I'm Drishti Sen, a freelance automation builder in Kolkata. This page explains what happens to information you share with this website, my demo assistants and my business emails. I don't sell data, run ads or use tracking cookies.

Who is responsible

This website

• The site is hosted on GitHub Pages. GitHub may log basic technical data, such as IP addresses, to run and secure its service.
• There are no analytics, ad trackers or cookies on this site.
• To show prices in rupees or dollars, the page reads your device's time zone inside your browser. That setting is not sent anywhere or stored.

The chat assistant on this site

• What you type is sent to my automation on n8n Cloud, which asks Google's Gemini AI to write a reply using only my own information sheet.
• Your browser keeps a random chat ID for the current tab so the assistant can follow the conversation. It is cleared when you close the tab.
• Questions are logged in a Google Sheet so I can improve the answers. If you give your name and contact details to arrange a call, they are saved to that sheet and emailed to me.

The demo assistants (WhatsApp, web and Telegram)

• Iron Banyan Fitness is a fictional gym. The demos show what I build for clients, and anything you share there reaches me, not a real gym.
• WhatsApp demo: your messages reach me through Meta's WhatsApp Business Platform. My automation receives your WhatsApp number, profile name and message text, asks Gemini for a reply and sends it back through WhatsApp.
• The conversation is kept in the automation's memory for up to 48 hours after your last message so it can follow the chat. Type reset to clear it straight away.
• Each question is logged with only the last 4 digits of your number. If you ask for a free trial and give your name, your name, WhatsApp number, preferred time and recent messages are saved to a Google Sheet and emailed to me.
• Web and Telegram demos work the same way through the browser or Telegram: your messages are processed by my automation and an AI model to write a reply.
• Please don't share sensitive information, such as health details, bank details or ID numbers, with any demo.

Business outreach emails

• If I emailed your business, I found its contact details on public business listings such as Google Maps or on your own website, collected with a data tool called Apify.
• I keep the business name, its public contact details and our email history in a Google Sheet, so I never email twice by mistake and can keep track of replies.
• Reply "STOP" or ask to be removed, and I won't contact you again.

Services that process data for me

n8n (automation hosting), Google (Gemini AI, Google Sheets, Gmail), Meta (WhatsApp), Telegram, Apify (public business listings) and GitHub (website hosting). Each processes data under its own terms and privacy policy.

How long I keep it

Chat memory: up to 48 hours. Question logs, demo leads and outreach records: only as long as I need them to reply, follow up and improve the demos. You can ask me to delete them at any time.

Seeing or deleting your data

Email drishtisen16@gmail.com with the WhatsApp number, email address or business name you used, and say what you'd like: a copy, a correction, deletion, or no further contact. I'll do it and confirm by email.

On WhatsApp, typing reset clears the conversation memory immediately. To remove saved logs or lead details as well, email me.
